I've actually been mulling over that EXACT idea in my head for a year or two now. You could just sew a magnet into your pant leg or belt or where ever, and you could retain your mags without having to actually stick them inside anything. Should have sewed up a design.![]()

Anyway, it kind of freaks me out. The fact that it is not opaque immediately leads me to believe (probably incorrectly) that it is not as strong. With 50,000 psi peaking every time you pull that trigger, my gut is telling me that this is a bad idea.
It is kind of neat as a proof of concept, but I don't think I would buy one.

All the pressure's going to be in the upper receiver, isn't it? That's where the firing takes place. I'd worry about the take down pins breaking though.
