Stu, I'll try to post pics.... but no promises.
Yes. There's a burial ground in construction land where thousands of them go to rest.

Exactly. Before you begin to install new anchors take a minute and fuss with it. Preset it for dry wall and fixture mount "thickness", don't forget to account for any shims or washers.

Make sure what ever tool you use will fit/be able to reach fastener to tighten it once you have hand tightend.

With the hex head you should be able to pull out ant slack and draw hand tight with one hand. Then switch to "wrench".

Nice, thanks. Got it installed... Could barely fit my hands back there. Now to fix the leaks and I should be good to go.

Home ownership sucks, lol. I leaned on the tile wall in the bathroom and my hand went right through it.. Guess what the next project is?... grrrr, lol. I'm close to maxing out the CC already AGAIN... I need to find a third job to afford all this. HAHAHAHA!

Watch Craigslist and the Habitat for Humanity stores closely. You will save a ton of money over the regular box stores. I am in the process of another complete remodel and have saved several thousand by shopping in these places.

Wow, good to know Encore. Thank you Sir. I'm always hesitant to deal with people I don't know. Been burned too much maybe or I'm too trusting up front... But I am starting to get cynical in my old (young) age, lol.

Irving also posted this place: http://budswarehouse.org/ in one of my threads a while back. Pretty cool place. Kinda like a home improvement thrift store.
