Given the fact that some paints can run hundreds of dollar per gallon $450.00 to paint a car is cheap.
I spent about $600 on material on the last one. All that said what kind of car? is any of the paint lifting or just rock chips? There are some inexpensive single stage stuff at Summit. Are ya willing to put in a little work?

Watch Harbor Freight when they have their HVLP spray guns on sale for $20. I went to theblocal farm and ranch store and bought implement paint, thinner and hardener for about $60. They have several different colors to choose from. It is single stage and so far is taking a beating.

Ya I was planning on removing all trim I can, DA sanding.

I have considered rustolium roll on enamal. Also bed liner type products.

It's an off road rig so durability and the ability to power wash it without it flaking off is priority. Flat or satin finish.
