Anyone have Corel Draw, or another good picture program?

Download a program called Inkscape. It has most of the features of Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw but is completely free. I use that and I have a program called Vector Magic that it's sole purpose is to do exactly what you are wanting. Try Inkscape, if that doesn't work shoot me a message and I can try to help you out.
