    That's actually a bigger problem because all it takes is one HOA board member who's kid gets into a conflict with your kid or who is jealous that your wife is prettier than his or otherwise gets a bug up his ass and all of the sudden the "unnoticed violations" blow up in your face. "Selective enforcement" is a form of tyranny as it weaponizes the law at the enforcer's whims.
