Too bad you aren?t one of my neighbors the last couple of snowstorms. They are are Bunch of tight wad non-shoveling Mo Fo?s around me when I tried to solicit them to clear their driveways & sidewalks.

Try putting it to them another way. Tell them that for $x per month you will make sure they are snow free. They can then plan and justify for the expense in advance, and won't feel like you are taking advantage of the situation. Soon they will come to rely on your services, without thinking about it.
