Doing good down here brother, feel like I'm starting to acclimate. Was 111 here the other day, and while I wouldn't want to work the manual labor field in the desert, it was bearable just going to and fro. Mornings and evenings are downright pleasant most of the time, and I haven't slept this well in years taking in all the extra vitamin D during the day.

Well,
I grew up to the SW of you, 10 miles north of Mexico and on the east side of the stream called the Colorado river. Yes , down there in Yuma. There was two seasons, Hot and Damn Hot. I remember the bank sign showing 95* at midnight.

Yeah, it felt like Vegas heat here the other day, and it was only 101. I remember walking around between casinos at 2:00 am and it said 99, oppressive. A buddy had a funeral/ I mean wedding in August in Vegas....wtf.
