    I think a whole lot more is gonna change with CPW as time goes by…

    Basically - half of draws will be to people with the most points. Other licenses will go to all others with points. The more points u have the more chances you have to get drawn if you're in second half. So if i have 20 points I'll probably get a license but if you have 2 points you could get a license.

    This is for elk, deer, bear and moose. Others species remain the same as it is currently administered.
