you take the FULL Link like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uj0mtxXEGE8
remove everything except the last "Block" of characters after the =
uj0mtxXEGE8
at the top of the window you will see a "Wrap [youtube] tags" button
with the "uj0mtxXEGE8" highlighted depress this button
it will look like {YOUTUBE]uj0mtxXEGE8[/YOUTUBE} except with the proper brackets
