I emailed Colorado Clays on Friday last week and received a call back within a couple hours. The gentleman (I forget his name now), told me that they were delayed but will resume progress once the ground thaws out and should have 10x 100yrd lanes for rifle, and 10x 25yrd lanes for pistol, sometime late spring 2013.

As I understood it back in October, the delay was due to building permits. They changed the design later in the game and had to get the permits approved to continue construction. They got the approval and as mentioned are waiting to resume construction once the weather breaks.

I was out at Colorado Clays a couple weeks ago for a trap shoot, and asked the pistol and rifle ranges. They said as soon as the weather warms up (no chance of freezing) they'll finish the ranges.
