I will NEVER cook barefoot again. Seriously. I had many near misses with dropping knives, etc. Lesson learned. I'll still whore like a motherfucker though.

My mom nearly got gaingreen from pork splatter. Nasty infection, grease is no joke.

Mazin, I've not tried PHO yet.....heard it's good though.

Like gilpinguy said, if the broth is done right it's damn near a sexual experience. I had beef flank with a little sprouts, green onion, yellow onion and shirachi sauce. It's not going to be fun later but it's so good.
I don't know the name of the place but its off of alemeda and 1 block west of union. Might be pho 136.5 or some shit. Try the 31&32, med is so much food I can never finish it.

Everything good in life has a price to pay.........I guess sitting sideways on the hopper for a while might be a decent trade off, if the meal is that delicious.

I was about 11-12 and just remember seeing that damn streak starting to run up her leg. I honestly think that's one of the last times she cooked I was the cook, she worked 12's so I kept up the house and made meals.

The one we go to regularly is Pho 76 (Ithink that's the #) up by 80th & Wads in the same strip mall as the Home Depot.
