Reading the regs is better than calling to ask. He is fine. No where do the regs prohibit detachable mags.

After reading the regs and seeing what you guys posted (literally from the regs verbatim), it is a lot more simple than I thought. It's almost like there are fewer restrictions than people make out. So basically I should follow what it says and if something isn't said don't over think it.
