I would look for MIL/MIL & First Focal Plane (FFP). Then figure out your budget, that should narrow it down to a handful. You should hit-up people to see them in person to get an idea of what you like. SWFA, PST, XTR II are some good options to begin with. Err on the side of more than you think you need...
