You have a knife 'safe queen'? I'm not sure I get the point of having a knife that you don't use, unless it's collectible.
The date on the blade of my discontinued Kershaw Avalanche is FEB 08. If it broke, I'm pretty sure I can find something else.

I wouldn't call it a safe queen but I haven't had the need to use it yet. So yes, it does just sit in the safe along with other items that are used daily, such as guns. Can't that I 'use' all of my guns either.Originally Posted by Gman
