Pretty much, for a truck with a straight axle center disconnect and no locking hubs. It's $149 plug and play convenient control from the cab vs. $$$$.Originally Posted by Irving

I love 2wd low. It's perfect for my low powered Amigo, especially pulling a trailer up a trail that doesn't otherwise require 4wd.
I think you need a low mileage late model diesel to pull your stuff.
