All my chimneys (I live in a condominium complex) are uncapped. Birds, wind, etc. all piss me off as they seem to be inside the house, rather than outside. Should I buy a chimney cap(s)!

Awesome BG. I'm starting to look at houses and or land for retirement. We have kicked around with Alaska, but now are looking at western Sashington state. I am ready to see green. The thought of being able to grow my own fruit trees and a good garden is sounding inviting.
