Sorry for anyone who dies at a relatively young age but I was never a fan of hers or her cooking. Her repartee wasn't particularly witty and while she didn't go for extravagant crap like Bobby Flay, she didn't have the food science down like Alton Brown or the flair of some of the other chefs. It always seemed to me that Food Network was pushing her for reasons other than her cooking.

On that note, Food Network made Rachael Ray famous and that gal was/is a complete hack in the kitchen! She's more suited for a show about microwaving frozen dinners than actually using pots and pans.

Well, I wasn't the biggest fan. First saw her on Iron Chef America, where she seemed to be the "head down" helper.

Saw her in more shows and she always looked stiff like she was the "bit^#". The "iron clad look" got old but seems to be a theme on the FN.

Saw some out takes and she looked more normal. FN likes "a look". Do not veir from it.
