    Colorado Springs has an outdoor Flea Market that has hundreds of vendors, many with tons of tools.

    My son gets a booth where he does/sells his spray paint art. Mrs. Ginsue & I help him set up his booth. Last weekend, one of my sons leads from work came by. He commented on all of the tools and indicated that the Flea Market is where he buys his tools. He also added that he's aware most (if not all) of the tools for sale are likely stolen, so there's that.
