Some places, like SilencerShop, have already stopped the normal processing. They wanted make sure the process would complete before the 26th deadline.

...and for a datapoint, Thunder Beast's delivery times are 6-8 months out.

I've seen a few on the social media saying "Hey can I form 1 a potato now? An oil filter? Or 3d print a bunch like 30 3d printed disposable suppressors that can just be sliced in half as proof of destruction after a thousand rounds?"

It seems like individuals can do eforms now but I am going to officially try it and will post how it goes. Here is an interesting question for you though. I have an item under a llc from eons ago when you had to have Leo sign off and I was too poor to do a trust (yeah yeah I know it was dumb it would have been cheaper in the long run). Anyhow, I did that one via paper so no eform account. Now I have an individual account as I have done several items since, but if I want to transfer the item from my llc to me, how would I do that online? Would I need a separate account for the llc or since I am the responsible person that the background the prints were done on can I do both parts through my one account?

I've done all my trusts under the same personal account as the responsible person on the trust.

So if I read that right, you want to go from individual ownership and move it into your trust. Still going to need a new form 4 for transfer. Should be able to do it online with the electronic BATFE website.

I am probably also going to do this later this year with a few items, but am waiting to see how this new eforms plays out.

Actually a little different. Its under a llc right now, I want to put it under me as an individual. Since I am the responsible person on the llc I wasn't sure if I could basically fill out the form as the transferor AND transferee under the same account. Ill mess around with it and let yoy know ow what I find out.
