    Been shooting traditional archery since about 5yo. Plan on taking them with me if time permits. Got a master Bowyer in the family, works to my advantage.

    You should look up the SlingBow on Youtube, it's awesome, slingshot turned into bow, small to pack and easy to shoot and kill with.

    Sweet idea!! Spear fishing gun shrunk to pack size. I'm going to toy with this. I have an 80lb pistol crossbow I'll compare it to when I make the slingbow.

    bows take alot of skill to use. Fletching is a skill that you can't just hack in the feild. A decent bow setup is the same cost as a legal suppressor without the additional learning curve.

    A cross bow has no learning curve but costs as much as a supressor.

    I have a take down re-curve and a compound... not a primary pack item but there if I need it. The sling bow is cool and far more practical.

    And girls only want boyfriends who have good skills....like bo staff skills, Nun-chuck skills...
