Maybe it's just trying to "cash in" on recent events but I'm seeing more and more canning supplies popping up in store displays. Heck I was in Ace hardware yesterday and they had a huge display set up with all the Ball jars, pots and other supplies.

Seems like a push to bring back canning. I wouldn't mind learning more about it
