    No, sorry. Official results aren't showing for elk yet (at least for me). Soon it will show a table under the "you will be mailed" area and above the points. If this is your first year and it shows a preference point for 2012 you did not draw this year. You can always do over the counter or left overs when they come out later in the year. This is my 4th year, and I got my 1st bull tag this year (unit 20)

    But if he applied for a PP first, and then an elk tag, he could have both. Right?

    that is correct. or if he didn't draw his first choice and got second...then you get the PP and the license. you only give up your points if you draw 1st choice

    I forgot about that... I've always just put in for a 3rd rifle bull tag in unit 20 with a 2nd rifle as 2nd choice. So chances were if I didn't get the 1st choice I wouldn't get the 2nd either.
