Old green pouch with just the powder or the new(ish) ACS?

Chinook Med and Rescue Essentials both Colorado Companies sell it (not cheap). I usually have some from kits that didn't get built but am tapped out right now.

    It's been sitting since 9/11.
If you mean 2001, then yeah it's expired. Are you sure it's Combat Gauze and not just normal QuickClot? I think CG was developed in like 2006 or 2007.

It's definitly '01 so it probably is the normal QuickClot.
I have to restock my kit anyway so that is on the list.Just wasn't sure if it was still usable.

Just a quick note.. dont buy combat gauze from cheap outlets or even amazon... I tried 3-4 times and each time the expiration date is only a year away.
