prices of anything construction / home repairs have quadrupled (on some items) this year. CDX went up 6 per sheet a month ago. Priced it again this morning, another 3 per sheet.


Maybe Chester had the right idea, building a house out of tires. Which one cannot do anymore, thanks to tree hugging, triggered environmentalist

Thought about staining inside but the top is 74"x39" and with the heat coming on it would be too hard to keep crap out of it.

Yea thats no joke, spent over $100 in fasteners and stain / poly alone. Between that, legs and top this desk came in at about $400 ish. But it'll be a nice desk and make the wife happy.
